Mind you though I am currently based in Dulles, VA I am originally from New York. By 9:30pm on a typical Dulles evening during the week, you are already getting the subtle signs to wrap it up and pay the check and by 10pm its all over.
Brings to mind a post by World Renowned blogger Dossy Shiobara on why it was not likely that the New York area could compete with Silicon Valley in the world of leading edge Technical development. I say that just the fact you can get a Gyro from a Street vendor at any hour of the night is sufficient attraction for the type of individuals that make up a critical mind share of a Silicon Valley.
